Our products are shipped out of southwestern Ontario, Canada and are charged flat shipping & handling rates based on customer location. We have three groups of shipping charges depending on your location (Canada, USA, and International). We ship worldwide if the possibilities exist. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes!
We currently ship via ground shipping from couriers selected by us to accommodate both our customer needs and ours. Currently, we consolidate shipping and handling into one charge, but we are working to offer our customers reduced or eliminated handling charges, customer package tracking, more courier selections and more shipping methods (ie next day). Please be patient. If for some reason you require your products faster (ie next day; we understand the urgency of using great equipment), contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
