ACCIDENTS HAPPEN!
Let’s all agree; using a Radioactive Kickboard as a ramp for your monster truck ‘probably’ does not constitute appropriate use?! Allowing a martial artist to mistake the ‘kickboard’ for a board-for-kicking and demonstrate superiority in human strength by breaking it in half? Also ‘likely’ not appropriate use! ‘Accidentally’ jack-hammering the board? Nope! However…
Radioactive Kickboards guarantees our products to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. Our warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, improper use, excessive wear, or product damage. If any product is found to not function according to manufacturing specifications or is defective, return the product within the 30 day period of warranty, we will assess the issue or defect and accommodate you as you wish (from rework, repair, discounts… all the way to full product replacement or full refund depending on type of damage and customer preference).
Since our products are used so often by swimmers, a non-warranty refund must be issued within 10 days of receiving the product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the product to us in its original ‘new’ condition within this time period and we will issue you a full refund.
We prefer to get feedback on products that customers are not satisfied with. Please indicate what exactly your problem or issue is with the product and we hope to accommodate your requests into our future developments!
*NOTE :
- to service our customers better, during inaugural period (Fall/Winter 2021), this period will be extended to read “from date that the product was received by the customer”.
- Processing, Shipping, and Handling of original purchase is NOT refundable.
